Kenny P. born in Alabama, but having grown up in the poverty stricken projects of Cincinnati, is no stranger to the hustle and grind of the streets. His trials and tribulations moved him to bring his story to life………..through music.

The new album, "It Is What It Is" features 14 tracks with production by such industry heavy hitters as Rockwilder (NY) and Cincinnati's own Hi Tek who has produced for Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, G Unit, and Talib Kwali.

A hustler in his own right, Kenny has gained a solid local presence by doing performances and selling albums from the trunk of his car. Kenny P's music can be heard across the airwaves on at least 24 stations, 10 of which are Radio One Affiliates that keep him in the mix. Kenny and his crew started off performing in Cincinnati, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Louisville, Columbus, and Dayton where he’s opened for Twista & The Speedknott Mobstas, Sound Master T, 3-6 Mafia, Gangsta Boo, Lil Wayne,Young Jeezy, Juvenile, T.I., Young Buck, and Gucci Mane among many others. His latest run included a 30-city college tour. Teaming up with top producers, Kenny's album, "It Is What It Is", showcases this young talent as a formidable up & coming superstar from the Midwest.
